Job summary

Contour Education is seeking an Assistant Campus Leader (Store Manager) for the Glen Waverley campus. You will run your shift end to end, ensuring safety, student and parent experience, and operational readiness even when the Campus Leader is off-site.

You will back up the Campus Leader, support coaching, and gain the track record needed to run a campus of your own. The role progresses toward Campus Leader with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (education, retail, hospitality or similar).
• Clear, warm communication with students, parents, tutors and teammates.
• An eye for detail: notice missing class pack before class.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift end to end, from the team to the floor to the pace of the day.
• Complete safety checks every shift and escalate when needed.
• Be the first point of call for CECs on your shift and reinforce coaching.
• Handle walk-ins, trials, reschedules and daily family interactions.
• Fix in-shift class and roster issues as they happen, have materials ready before class.
