Job summary

Contour Education is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Parramatta NSW. You will run the campus shift, ensuring safety, handling student and parent interactions, and solving on-the-spot roster and room issues. You’ll support the Campus Leader and build a track record to run a campus of your own.

The role requires experience in customer-facing environments, calm decision-making, and strong communication with students, families and tutors. Availability across weeknights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, including leadership on the floor.
• Calm under pressure with good judgement on handling issues on shift.
• Clear, warm communication with students, parents, tutors and teammates.
• Attention to detail and ability to fix issues on the fly.
• Commitment to campus safety and student welfare.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus during your shift and ensure operations run to Contour standard.
• Conduct safety checks each shift and respond to urgent matters.
• Be the first point of contact for CECS on shift and reinforce coaching.
• Handle walk-ins, trials, reschedules and daily student/parent interactions.
• Resolve class, roster and room issues as they occur with prepared resources.
• Maintain campus cleanliness, organisation and readiness for classes.
