Job summary

Contour Education is hiring a full-time Campus Leader for the upcoming Glen Waverley campus to own the campus experience from operations to student and parent satisfaction. You will lead the service team, ensure flawless execution, and uphold Contour standards on a daily basis.

The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-growing education environment. Competitive remuneration is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience (education, operations, retail, hospitality etc.)
• Guides, supports, and develops service team.
• Ready to be present on-site full-time, leading from the floor with availability during evenings and weekends when classes run.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional with students, families & team members.
• Keeps systems, processes, and standards on track.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Campus ownership: safe, well-organised, elite-experience-ready daily.
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team into high-performing operators.
• Champion the campus within Contour, upholding brand standards and addressing issues.
• Oversee core campus processes (opening/closing, class readiness, reschedules, attendance, inventory, communications).
• Build trusted tutor relationships and ensure classrooms, resources, and tech are prepared.
• Own the trial experience end-to-end and maximise conversion.
