Contour Education is seeking a full-time Campus Leader (Store Manager) for our Glen Waverley campus. You will own the campus, lead the service team, and drive an exceptional student, parent, and tutor experience on site.

You will oversee operations, partner with tutors, and relentlessly improve processes to keep the campus running at Contour standards. This is a hands-on role requiring presence on campus across evenings and weekends when classes run.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in customer service leadership roles.
• Experience leading a service team and ensuring campus standards.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Campus Ownership – ensure safety, organization and elite-experience readiness daily.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team into high-performing operators.
• Champion the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
• Manage crises and issues quickly while protecting student experience.
• Oversee core campus processes with disciplined execution.
• Build trusted tutor relationships and keep classrooms/resources prepared.
• Safeguard the full student and parent journey from trial to class.
• Own the trial experience end-to-end and drive conversions.
• Identify workflow gaps and embed solutions to lift efficiency.
• Audit operations and ensure adherence to Contour standards.
