Job summary

Contour Education is seeking a full-time Campus (Store) Leader for Bentleigh campus in Melbourne. You will own the campus experience, lead the service team, and ensure operations are disciplined and excellent for students, parents and tutors.

You will drive continuous improvement, safeguard the student journey from trial to ongoing classes, and collaborate with senior leaders to maintain Contour standards and a thriving campus culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a student-focused campus or store environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a service team.
• Clear communication with students, parents and staff.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of operations.

Responsibilities

• Own campus safety, organisation and experience quality daily.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team for high performance.
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
• Manage crises and issues quickly while protecting the student experience.
• Oversee core campus processes (opening/closing, class prep, attendance, inventory).
• Foster tutor relationships and ensure resources and tech are ready.
