Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is hiring a Business Development Manager in Sydney, NSW. You will own the end-to-end sales journey, from prospecting to closing, and welcome new clients into the brand.

The role offers uncapped earnings with an OTE of $90k+ in the first year, with a hybrid work model from our Global HQ and Brisbane. We value proactive outreach, client-focused solutions, and the ability to build lasting relationships across a dynamic travel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales with multi-channel lead generation and cold calling.
• Strong drive to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
