Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in Brisbane, QLD. You will own the full sales journey—from hunting leads to closing deals—and build a growing client portfolio for our travel brands, driving revenue growth.

Ideal candidates excel in outbound sales, multi-channel prospecting, and negotiations, with strong communication and time-management skills, in a hybrid work environment.

• Strong experience in outbound sales with multi-channel lead generation, prospecting and cold calling.
• Self-motivated, driven, and focused on hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment with strong time management.
