Job summary

Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is hiring experienced Travel Consultants and Travel Managers in Australia. Work Monday to Friday with a vibrant office culture and hybrid flexibility offering two days work from home each week.

Expect first-year average earnings of around $85K, with base salary around $55K plus uncapped incentives, plus a training wage guarantee of $75K for six months. Be part of a dynamic, relationship-driven team within Australia's iconic travel brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients as their travel expert.
• Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transport via Sabre GDS.
• Drive retention, growth and profitability through proactive account management.
• Handle complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy.
