Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is hiring a Travel Manager to lead a dedicated SME client portfolio from Sydney, NSW. The role blends office culture with hybrid flexibility and offers a clear pathway to grow total travel programs using Sabre GDS.

You will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, build multi-level client relationships, and drive retention and profitability while delivering exceptional service. A strong sales mindset and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of SME clients, acting as their trusted travel expert and primary point of contact.
• Building genuine, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within your client portfolio.
• Overseeing your clients' end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS.
• Driving retention, growth and profitability across your portfolio through exceptional service and proactive account management.
• Handling complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience for every client.
