Job summary

Ivoclar is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager for the Brisbane area. The role focuses on building relations with private practices and public facilities, providing product support, and generating leads to grow sales across the established territory.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will drive demonstrations, manage customer service interactions, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or strong aptitude for sales.
• Experience in the dental industry is preferred.
• Present a professional appearance in dress and manners.
• Highly driven and not afraid to ask for the sale.
• Highly organized and able to manage duties efficiently.
• Valid current driver's license.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident living in Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set budget.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge.
• Participate in promotional activities, conferences, lectures, exhibitions and training.
• Electronic database management using CRM.
• Serve customers via calls, product demonstrations and deliveries, providing technical support as needed.
• Regularly review territory performance and call rate priority.
• Maintain up-to-date sales aids, literature, price lists, samples and demos.
• Organise and maintain an efficient sales cycle plan.
