Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across Corangamite/Camperdown Victoria. You will execute sales strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

Ideal candidates understand beef operations, have value-based sales experience, and are ready to travel within the territory. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and regional sales teams to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing new leads and opportunities, manage full sales pipeline from lead to close
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing contracts
• Maintain post-sales relationships, support onboarding and deployment
• Own territory relationships with agricultural groups and beef industry stakeholders
• Onboard customers and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation
• Capture field insights and relay to Support, Product and R&D teams
• Collaborate with Support to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
