Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager across the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. You’ll drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and represent Halter on the ground while collaborating with Product, Support, and regional sales teams.

Expect a proactive, field-oriented role with frequent travel to engage farmers and obstain expansion while ensuring customer success and long-term value from Halter’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Beef industry experience or strong willingness to learn about beef operations.
• Proactive, resilient attitude with energy and passion.
• Ability to manage a large territory focusing on sales and customer success.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads, referrals, events, and inbound queries.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage post-sale relationships and support onboarding.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups and build beef-industry relations.
• Oversee onboarding and deployment of Halter's product.
• Gather field feedback and work with Support, Product, and R&D.
