Trinity Holding International Pty Ltd – Thomastown VIC is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to win new business and strengthen client relationships across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will manage the sales process from identifying opportunities through to quotation follow-up, negotiation and contract award.

This office-based role involves regular client meetings, site visits, and collaboration with estimating, drafting, production and installation teams.

Formación

• Three years of B2B sales experience in building products, construction or trade supply.
• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business with builders, developers and contractors.
• Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Research upcoming projects and secure opportunities to quote and tender.
• Review architectural drawings and window schedules with the estimating team.
• Follow up quotations and negotiate pricing within approved parameters.
• Coordinate project handovers, including specifications and delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry networking events.
