Tribez Aluminium Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to win new business and strengthen client relationships across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will manage the sales process from initial opportunity to contract award, working with estimating, drafting, production and installation teams.

This is an office-based role with regular client meetings and on-site visits. The role offers a base salary during probation of $75,000, rising to $85,000

Formación

• Three years’ B2B sales experience in building products, construction or trade supply.
• Proven record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and window schedules.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new business with builders, developers and contractors.
• Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Research upcoming projects and quote/tender opportunities.
• Review drawings and window schedules with estimating team.
• Follow up quotations and negotiate pricing within approved terms.
• Coordinate project handovers including specs, delivery and commitments.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events.
