Job summary

A&L Windows & Doors, part of the Ventora Group, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and convert new business opportunities across Victoria. You will own the pipeline from prospecting to closure, working with senior decision makers to deliver profitable, customer-focused solutions.

Reporting to the National General Manager of Sales, you will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Estimating to win priority projects, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure delivery against

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and new customer acquisition.
• Strong ability to identify and convert significant opportunities.
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or construction sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert significant new business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across target customers and market segments
• Develop relationships with senior decision makers and key influencers
• Create customer solutions and communicate value proposition
• Develop and negotiate commercially sustainable proposals, pricing and supply arrangements
• Use market and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Estimating and Customer Service to onboard new customers
• Conduct regular gap meetings to assess risks and opportunities against targets
