Job summary

Peninsula Australia is seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Sydney CBD. You’ll engage with business owners and directors via outbound B2B calls, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Ideal candidates are target-driven, eager to exceed KPI’s, comfortable with Salesforce, and excited by uncapped commission and strong earning potential including a 130k OTE in year one.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B or phone-based sales.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls engaging with business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Booking high-quality appointments for our high performing Business Development Managers across Australia
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted point of contact for our prospects, clients and field-based Business Development team.
• Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is kept up to date with accurate notes.
