This role is phone-based, fast-paced and highly performance-driven, backed by enterprise support. This is a target-driven role offering daily coaching, with uncapped commission and a realistic 100k+ OTE in the first year.

Qualifications

• You don’t need a traditional resume; attitude matters.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to build rapport with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key decision-makers across corporate and government sectors.
• Consult to identify challenges and recommend training solutions.
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline with persistence.
• Receive daily coaching and feedback to improve performance.
