• Support Store Manager in guiding and mentoring Chocolate Ambassadors.
• Delegate, coach and lead employees on daily operations, service and collaboration.
• Assist with roster and budget management.
• Lead from the front with product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
• Develop and lead the team to future successes.
