Noma Security in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Business Development Representative (APJ) to drive pipeline across Asia Pacific and Japan. You will prospect senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth enterprises, working with Regional Sales Directors, channel partners, and marketing to convert priorities into opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/ADR in B2B SaaS, strong English, and a proven pipeline record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Professional fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly valued.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Common Room, Clay, or Apollo.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption; cybersecurity/cloud security sales a strong plus.
• Bonus: experience opening APJ markets with channel partners.
• Proactive, data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach to senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth enterprise accounts.
• Run discovery and qualification to understand each prospect's AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency.
• Coordinate with channel leadership, regional partners, and marketing on joint prospecting, campaigns, and event follow-up.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to RSDs with clear discovery notes and next steps, and keep Salesforce accurate.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings, opportunities created, and pipeline generated.
