Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our APAC Commercial team in Sydney. You will build and manage a high-quality pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, qualifying prospects and setting up meetings for the BD team while developing deep product and market knowledge.

You’ll own outbound prospecting strategies, engage senior decision-makers, collaborate with Marketing and Solutions, and maintain accurate CRM forecasting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in writing, phone, and in-person.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, and other lead generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, creating opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
• Own outbound prospecting strategies across key industries, engaging senior decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities by uncovering business challenges, priorities and buying intent.
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing and Solutions teams to drive account penetration and conversion.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasting and visibility of opportunities.
