Noma Security in Sydney seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead growth across enterprise security buyers. You’ll own the regional plan, build a scalable pipeline, and close strategic deals that expand Noma’s footprint in Australia.

The role requires a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, complex deals, and the ability to work with product and marketing to sharpen the value proposition.

Qualifications

• Enterprise security software deal experience with enterprise buyers.
• Experience with security reviews, legal, and vendor risk assessments.
• Background in IAM/PAM, data security, SIEM/UEBA, cloud security, AppSec or AI security.

Responsibilities

• Build your region from the ground up with strategy and coverage.
• Land enterprise logos and expand across business units.
• Sell a platform covering the full AI lifecycle against competitors.
• Demonstrate risk to CISOs and AI security leaders.
• Leverage vulnerability research to raise Noma’s profile.
• Develop regional channel and cloud partnerships.
