Job summary

Protecht is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our APAC Sales team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualify inbound leads, and schedule meetings and demos for Business Development Managers.

You'll maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success, and work toward monthly KPIs. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for SaaS, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong communication and phone skills with a confident, engaging style.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• A self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects who have interacted with Protecht content (eBooks, webinars, videos).
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to build interest and understanding of Protecht ERM.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to weekly sales reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked.
• Support marketing efforts by converting campaign leads into sales opportunities.
