Job summary

Protecht Group is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join its APAC Sales team in Sydney. You will engage with prospects who interacted with Protecht content, qualify leads, and schedule demos for the sales team.

You’ll maintain CRM records, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and aim to meet monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked. A self-starter with strong communication skills and knowledge of Salesforce will thrive in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects who interacted with Protecht content.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to build interest and understanding of Protecht ERM.
• Maintain records in CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to weekly sales reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked.
• Support marketing efforts by converting campaign leads into sales opportunities.
