Coupa Software, Inc. in Sydney is hiring an Account Development Representative to fuel our APAC sales pipeline.

You will prospect, qualify, and engage enterprise accounts across Australia and the wider region, working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive B2B digital transformation. Bring 1–2+ years in SaaS or inside sales, a customer-centric mindset, stellar communication, and hands-on SFDC experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of B2B inside sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Customer-centric mindset with drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of the Australian business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation by prospecting and nurturing inbound/outbound leads.
• Engage with key decision-makers and outline next steps.
• Collaborate with sales to target high-value accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce and engagement tools to manage leads and activities.
