Job summary

Cyera, a leading data security platform, seeks an Account Executive in Australia to drive enterprise cloud data security deals. You will manage full-cycle sales with prospects and clients, mapping Cyera’s technology to business needs and engaging with executives to demonstrate value.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, drive forecasting, and negotiate complex contracts while traveling as needed to advance large opportunities in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset with a history of overachievement in large deals.
• Minimum 5 years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500 customers.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on tangible business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building; strong presentations.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data security basics.
• Experience with formal sales processes and qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and value to customers.
• Create territory plan with goals and accurate forecasting.
• Lead sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value with customers.
• Position with executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) and build relationships.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with partners and alliances.
• Attend events and industry networking activities.
• Collaborate with SE, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Exec teams to align strategy.
