Job summary

LexisNexis is hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI for Australia, with options in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and a hybrid “2 days in office” pattern. You will guide law firms, corporate legal teams and government bodies in unlocking AI and document management capabilities to boost productivity and outcomes.

You will partner with sales teams, develop deep expertise in our AI and DMS solutions, and act as a trusted SME on AI trends to deliver measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales environment.
• Experience with SaaS or software solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and workshops.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Commercial acumen and ability to influence buying decisions.
• Legal tech or DMS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Partner with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions.
• Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies.
• Engage prospective clients, understand business challenges and show value.
• Support proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
• Build relationships with executives and technical teams.
• Share customer insights with product teams to drive enhancements.
