Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI to drive AI-enabled legal tech adoption across leading law firms, corporate legal teams and government bodies in Australia. You’ll design and deliver technical demonstrations, run customer workshops, and work with sales to articulate measurable value from AI and DMS solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or technical sales environment.
• Experience working with SaaS, software or technology-based solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and solution workshops.
• A sound understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence buying decisions.
• Legal technology or document management system experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Partner with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions and their benefits.
• Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies for customers.
• Engage prospective clients to understand challenges and demonstrate value.
• Support proposals, tenders and sales collateral to address client needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across executive and technical teams.
• Gather market feedback to inform product enhancements.
