Job summary

LexisNexis is hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant - Emerging Tech & AI across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This hybrid role involves two days in the office, partnering with sales teams to demonstrate AI and document management solutions to law firms, corporate legal teams and government clients.

You will present, workshop, and advise on AI and DMS capabilities, while shaping proposals and collateral. A commercially minded, client-focused background and SaaS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales environment.
• Experience with SaaS or software-based solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and workshops.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Partner with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions.
• Act as trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies; stay current with trends.
• Engage prospective clients, understand business challenges, demonstrate value.
• Support development of proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
• Build relationships with executives and technical teams to create trust.
