Opal HealthCare is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for Caulfield Horizons Care Community. You will welcome new residents and lead the administration team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a warm, welcoming environment.

In this permanent full-time role, you’ll coordinate with families, residents and staff to provide exceptional service, while upholding Opal’s values of compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, guiding prospective residents and families toward finding a new home.
• Lead and inspire the administration team to deliver excellent customer support services.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and community partners.
• Ensure the care community is welcoming and a hub of connection.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the administration function.
