Opal HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and organised Customer Support Coordinator to welcome new residents and lead our administration team at Broadwater GroveCare Community on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact for residents and families, guide them through the journey to a new home, and coach a small team to deliver outstanding administrative and customer support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client-facing role involving consultation and relationship building (aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services highly regarded)
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring a team
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
• An empathetic nature with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check
