Opal HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Customer Support Coordinator to welcome new residents and lead an administration team at Canterbury Place Care Community in Canterbury, NSW. You will guide families through their journey to finding a new home and build trusting relationships with residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or community services.
• Proven leadership with coaching/mentoring a team.
• Excellent organisation and clear communication, with a passion for helping people.
• Empathetic, able to handle sensitive conversations with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Act as the warm, knowledgeable first contact for residents and families.
• Lead and inspire the administration team to deliver high-quality customer support.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and community partners.
• Ensure the care community feels welcoming and connected.
• Manage efficient day-to-day operations of the administration function.
