Ricoh Australia is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to manage and expand an established portfolio across Office Print and Managed Print Services. In this territory-based role, you will drive growth, build relationships with IT, Procurement and Operations, and own the end-to-end sales cycle.

You should have 5+ years in Account Management, Business Development, MPS, or Office Technology Sales, with a track record in B2B sales, account growth, and renewals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Managed Print Services (MPS), Print Solutions, or Office Technology Sales.
• Proven success in: B2B sales; Account growth and customer retention; New business acquisition; Territory management; Pipeline management and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of MPS, Office Print, Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Fleet Optimisation, Cost Per Copy (CPC), Leasing, and Managed Services (highly desirable).
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain an existing portfolio of Managed Print Services customers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise print fleets, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Drive contract renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers across IT, Procurement, and Operations.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
