Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B sales or account management role.
• Production Print industry experience or strong understanding of the commercial print market.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and unit targets across Production Print portfolio.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and delivering solution-based sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead management and territory planning.
• Develop tailored solutions addressing customer needs and business objectives.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM opportunities and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Strengthen product knowledge and industry expertise through ongoing learning.
• Represent Ricoh at meetings, events, and networking to generate new business.
