Job summary

Ricoh in Australia is seeking an Account Executive – Production Print to partner with customers, understand their business challenges and deliver Production Print solutions that drive efficiency, quality and growth.

Using a consultative sales approach, you will develop new business opportunities while managing the sales journey from prospecting through to solution delivery, building strong relationships and achieving ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role.
• Experience in Production Print or commercial print market preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a healthy pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage both new business development and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and unit targets across Ricoh's Production Print portfolio.
• Identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver solution-based sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead management and territory planning.
• Develop and present tailored solutions addressing customer needs and objectives.
• Maintain accurate activities, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and maintain advantage.
• Strengthen product knowledge and industry expertise through ongoing learning.
• Represent Ricoh professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships by delivering value-driven solutions and high customer satisfaction.
