Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Oceania HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver exceptional support and advice to employees and leaders, gaining broader exposure across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You will work with managers and HR teams to ensure accurate HR processes, contracts, and service requests, while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
• Experience supporting Australian and New Zealand HR environments
• Exposure to HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors or SAP
• Degree or diploma in HR, Business or related discipline
• Strong relationships and influencing capabilities
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for service
• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR advice and customer service to staff across AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets
• Generate employment contracts and letters for all lifecycle stages
• Process and approve HR Service Requests in ServiceNow
• Support employee relocations and global mobility activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement
• Support HR Business Partners with organisational change initiatives and projects
• Help drive a positive and consistent employee experience across the business
