Job summary

Nestlé Oceania is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Australia and New Zealand HR team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll deliver exceptional support and advice to employees and leaders across the business while broadening your HR generalist expertise across the full employee lifecycle.

You will partner with managers and HR colleagues to ensure accurate HR processes, including contracts, letters, and HR service requests, while supporting mobility and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting Australian and New Zealand HR environments.
• Exposure to HRIS/HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP.
• A degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality HR advice and customer service to staff at all levels for AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets.
• Generate employment contracts and letters for the employee lifecycle.
• Process and approve HR Service Requests in ServiceNow.
• Support employee relocations and global mobility activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Oceania HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support and advice to employees and leaders across the business, while broadening your HR generalist expertise across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

A Day in the Life...

You’ll be at the centre of delivering an outstanding employee experience. You’ll work closely with managers, employees, HR teams, and shared services partners to deliver a seamless employee experience while ensuring HR processes are executed with accuracy and care.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Providing high-quality HR advice and customer service to staff at all levels on HR policies, processes and services for AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets.
• Generating employment contracts and letters for all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• Processing and approving HR Service Requests in ServiceNow.
• Supporting employee relocations and global mobility activities.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement in how we deliver our services.

Supporting HR Business Partners with organisational change initiatives and projects.

• Helping drive a positive and consistent employee experience across the business.

What Will Make You Successful

We’re looking for someone who combines strong HR knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people.

You’ll bring:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
• Experience supporting Australian and New Zealand HR environments.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar HR Systems is highly desirable
• A degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related discipline
• A natural ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence working with stakeholders across functions and levels
• A proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to challenge processes constructively
• Curiosity and adaptability to embrace AI-powered tools and new ways of working
