Domain is seeking an HR Advisor to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Australia. You will provide trusted HR operations across onboarding, exits, job changes, and case management, while ensuring compliance and accurate data management.

You will collaborate with a shared services team to deliver efficient HR services, influence process improvements, and support leaders with ER policies and performance, learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in generalist/HR Advisor role.
• Solid understanding of Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and WHS obligations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR ops across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Awards and WHS.
• Maintain HR policy and drive HR projects from design to execution.
• Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, and data quality.
• Support employee relations with guidance on ER policies and processes.
