Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to partner with employees and leaders across Australasia. You will handle the full employee lifecycle, generate contracts, and support mobility and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in HR Generalist roles, experience in AU/NZ HR, and familiarity with HRIS tools like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and SAP. Full Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting Australian and New Zealand HR environments.
• Exposure to HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR advice and service across AU, NZ & Pacific markets.
• Generate employment contracts and letters for the employee lifecycle.
• Process and approve HR service requests in ServiceNow.
• Support employee relocations and global mobility activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive improvements.
• Support HR Business Partners with change initiatives and projects.
• Help deliver a positive and consistent employee experience.
