Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to work onsite in Puch Bei Hallen, Austria. The role is freelance/B2B with a 5-day work week.

You will provide end-to-end technical support for desktops and laptops, perform IMAC tasks, and manage OS imaging and hardware replacements. You will use SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking and ticket resolution, administer approved software installations and security patches, and provide remote and deskside support while adhering to IT

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
• Familiar with Windows OS, MAC basics, and mobile device support.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, problem, and service requests.
• Ability to work onsite in Hallen, Austria and communicate in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Manage IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix for end-user devices.
• Oversee OS imaging, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for assets and tickets.
• Approve software installations and security patches per policy.
• Offer remote and deskside support with VPN clients.
• Ensure security protocols and antivirus monitoring.
• Offer VIP onsite support during escalations.
