Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Austria to provide onsite and remote end-user support across assigned locations. You will handle PC/VDI host and mobile device support, printing issues, and hardware break-fix activities.

The role involves imaging, Office 365/OneDrive, VPN, Intune/Autopilot deployments, and collaboration with network and server teams. You will document activities, assist in asset management, and help in user training and events.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting MS Office/O365.
• PC and peripheral hardware troubleshooting including print/scan devices.
• Dell laptops/desktops hardware knowledge.
• Windows Imaging process using Autopilot/Intune/customization.
• Data Migration tools and OneDrive knowledge.
• Basic network and server administration.
• Strong communication; English and native language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support across assigned locations.
• Deliver PC, VDI Host (user-facing), and Mobile Device Support per service requirements.
• Print/scan device troubleshooting and service support.
• Manage break-fix activities for hardware and software incidents.
• Perform IMAC activities for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support desktop applications and local installations when remote deployment fails.
• Assist in new technology implementations, including device setup and training.
• VIP user support and dedicated meeting-room technology support.
• IT asset management, inventory control, and asset return processes.
• Coordinate loan/tracking of IT equipment and accessories.
• Support business events and end-user workplace technology requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for network and server teams under SME/SOP guidance.
• Install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot wiring, cables, and connectivity issues.
• Document service activities and complete administrative tasks for tickets.
• Ensure timely acceptance, execution, and closure of service requests with status updates.
• Share IT best practices and troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.
