Job summary

MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, seeks a Full-Time IT Helpdesk Professional to join the Fast Response Team. You will be the first contact for users, perform remote troubleshooting, and coordinate with the next level of support when needed.

You should have IT education (apprenticeship or HTL), knowledge of identity and access management, strong English and German, and a customer‑oriented, collegial mindset. The role offers flexible hours, international environment, onboarding, and a public transport

Qualifications

• IT education or comparable qualification through work experience.
• Good knowledge of identity and access management and IT processes.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Customer-focused, friendly and motivated approach.
• Proficient in English and German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for users via phone or ticketing system.
• Perform remote troubleshooting with diagnostic questions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to next level support.
• Follow up and update customer status and information.
• Suggest improvements and relay feedback to internal teams.
