Zusammenfassung

Lenzing Group seeks a Business Development Manager LNT to accelerate commercialization of LENZING Nonwoven Technology across European markets. You will develop market opportunities, build strategic customer partnerships, and lead go-to-market activities.

You will serve as the commercial interface between customers, product development and partners to drive market adoption and growth, translating needs into business opportunities while steering cross‑functional projects in international settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or Innovation Management.
• MBA or additional commercial qualification is a plus.
• 7+ years in Global BD, Sales, Product Management, or Commercial Leadership.
• Strong background in nonwovens, hygiene, wipes, filtration, medical, or specialty materials.

Aufgaben

• Drive commercialization of LENZING Nonwoven Technology (LNT) and products by developing market opportunities, building strategic customer partnerships, and leading go-to-market activities.
• Be the key interface between customers, product development and external partners to accelerate market adoption and sustainable business growth of LNT.
• Develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with nonwoven manufacturers, converters, and brand owners.
• Lead customer projects from concept to commercial implementation.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, development contracts, and partnerships.
• Translate customer and market needs into business opportunities and innovation projects.
