Lenzing AG, based in Austria, seeks Hygiene experts for Commercial Nonwovens in Lenzing. You will coordinate global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development with cross‑functional teams to drive market leadership.

You will manage Key Accounts, shape sales strategies, and lead marketing efforts aligned with Global BM NW, while exploring growth opportunities and developing regional and international reach.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales Management, or related field.
• Strong commercial and technical background with experience selling complex technical products.
• Extensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales within FMCG, preferably in Nonwovens and Hygiene.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development with Global Business Development, R&D, and Technical Customer Service teams.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Innovation to ensure market leadership and support business objectives.
• Direct Sales responsibility for Key Accounts.
• Drive marketing and branding activities in line with Global BM NW to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
• Conduct gap/potential assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
