Lenzing AG in Upper Austria invites applications for Hygiene experts to drive global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development in the Commercial Nonwovens area. You will coordinate with Global Business Development, R&D, and Technical Customer Service to strengthen market leadership and customer value.

Applicants should hold a master's degree in business or related field, have a strong commercial and technical background in selling complex products, and be fluent in business English.

Qualifikationen

• MBA or equivalent with strong commercial and technical background.
• Experience selling complex technical products and communicating value to customers.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Sales within FMCG; Nonwovens/Hygiene preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development with Global Business Development, R&D, and Technical Customer Service teams.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Innovation to ensure market leadership and support business objectives.
• Direct Sales responsibility for Key Accounts.
• Drive marketing and branding activities to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
• Identify growth opportunities through gap/potential assessments and support strategic decisions.
