You will manage Key Accounts, shape sales strategies, and lead marketing efforts aligned with Global BM NW, while exploring growth opportunities and developing regional and international reach.

Qualifikationen

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

The purpose of the job is to develop Lenzing hygiene fiber specialty sales & business:

You will coordinate global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development in alignment with Global Business Development, R&D, and Technical Customer Service teams.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Innovation teams to ensure market leadership and support business objectives.

You will have direct Sales responsibility for Key Accounts

You will drive marketing and branding activities in alignment with Global BM NW to enhance market presence and brand recognition.

You will conduct gap / potential assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Our expectations for this exciting role

You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales Management, or a related field, as well as a strong commercial and technical background, including experience in selling complex technical products and effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to customers.

You possess extensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales within the FMCG sector, preferably in the Nonwovens and Hygiene industry.

You demonstrate the ability to develop and execute successful Sales strategies that drive business growth.

You exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You have advanced competency in utilizing CRM systems, MS Office, and MS Outlook.

You communicate fluently in Business English (C1 level), both written and spoken - additional languages would be advantageous.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4700.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
