The role requires 7+ years in relevant fields, a strong background in nonwovens or related materials, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Marketing, Economics, Innovation Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Global Business Development, Sales, Product Management or Commercial Leadership focused on disruptive innovation.
• Strong background in the nonwovens, hygiene, wipes, filtration, medical or specialty materials industry.
• Proven track record in commercialization, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations with a value-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive highly profitable growth in new markets.
• Experience in managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional projects within international environments.
• Ability to translate technical expertise into tangible commercial value.
• Fluent English in communication and presentation.

Aufgaben

• Drive commercialization of LENZING Nonwoven Technology (LNT) by developing market opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market activities and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with nonwoven manufacturers, converters and brand owners.
• Lead customer projects from concept to commercial implementation.
• Be the commercial voice of LNT at meetings, events, and trade fairs.
