Zusammenfassung

Lenzing AG in Austria seeks a Business Development Manager for Protective Wear & Workwear in LATIN AMERICA. You will develop regional BD and sales strategies, leverage market insights, and build strong relationships with end users, suppliers, and internal teams to drive commercial excellence.

You will manage downstream partnerships, support fiber-related activities, develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, collect market intelligence, and promote the Lenzing fiber

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably technical textiles.
• At least 5 years in Business Development or a comparable commercial role.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen; negotiation skills and financial understanding.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional BD and sales strategies for the PPE & Workwear segment in Latin America.
• Manage and grow existing downstream partnerships with fabric and garment manufacturers; support fiber-related activities.
• Develop strategic account plans, goals, and growth initiatives for key brand accounts.
• Identify, develop, and manage new supply chain partners and secondary accounts; support product commercialization, sourcing, and pricing.
• Collect, analyze, and share market intelligence, industry trends, sustainability developments, and sales performance data.
• Promote the Lenzing fiber portfolio and innovations through customer engagements, events, webinars, and co-branding initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities across customers, products, applications, and regions; expand use of Lenzing fibers within PPE segment.
• Collaborate with BD, TMD, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Global Segment Heads, and regional teams.
