Job summary

A1 Telekom Austria AG is seeking a proactive Project Management professional to drive strategic initiatives across the Business Delivery Center. You will support the Senior Director, lead internal projects, and coordinate executive meetings and workshops to ensure on-time delivery.

You will craft impactful presentations for strategy sessions, work closely with senior leadership, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with up to 25% travel and a 40-hour workweek in Austria.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management and experience in analyzing reports and deriving measures.
• Excellent presentation design skills with an eye for clarity and visual storytelling.
• Highly organized, structured approach, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong English communication skills (C1); other languages relevant to A1 Group are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director Business Delivery Management by managing and driving forward key strategic initiatives.
• Lead internal projects and coordinate key executive meetings and decision-making bodies.
• Prepare, design, and refine impactful presentations and slides for meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful implementation and on-time delivery.
• Plan and facilitate executive workshops and offsites, from preparation to execution and follow-up.
