Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Lead Account Solution Engineer for the Austrian market. You will partner with enterprise customers to translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor and co-pilot to the Account Executive.

You will lead discovery, build customized demos, and articulate value to IT and C-level stakeholders. The role emphasizes collaboration across Builder Teams and ongoing specialization in Austrian industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in roles where technology meets business outcomes in enterprise environments.
• Fluent German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Strategically: Partner with your Account Executive to develop account strategy and co-create business-driven Salesforce solutions.
• Lead Discovery: Run discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and co-create solutions with the customer and Builder Teams.
• Deliver the Vision: Build and present customized demos, architectural concepts, and compelling value propositions tailored to customer challenges.
• Build Trust at All Levels: Clearly articulate Salesforce's value to IT administrators and C-level executives.
• Orchestrate the Team: Coordinate extended Solution Engineering resources to deliver multi-cloud solutions.
• Represent Salesforce: Participate in marketing and partner events.
• Gradually build a specialisation: Develop deep expertise in key target industries of the Austrian market.
• Elevate the Team: Mentor peers and stay ahead of emerging technologies — especially AI and Agentforce.
