Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a People Operations Advisor to join the People & Culture team in Linz or Graz, focusing on Austria's pay, leave and working time processes to ensure seamless employee experiences.

You will own HR operations, contracts and related policies, partner with Payroll, Legal and People & Culture to ensure compliance with labor law and collective bargaining agreements, and support broader EMEA needs. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Excellent German and English communication skills.
Relevant HR or People Operations experience in an international organization.
Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining agreements; experience with European employment markets is a plus.
Experience with HR operations and HR technologies, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

Own contracts, leave, working time and pay; manage complex employee requests.
Analyze and improve People Operations processes for efficiency and experience.
Partner with Payroll, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure compliant transitions.
Implement and improve HR policies in line with labor laws and agreements.
